Magic Projects entirely remodelled this dazzling, five-bedroom property. One of the key features is the contemporary two-storey extension at the back of the house with large black aluminium bi-fold doors to the garden. The skylights used in the large kitchen and the glass extension flood the property with light creating a vast and contemporary space. Period features were also retained to preserve the building’s character, and original floorboards were renovated throughout. Magic Projects created custom-made joinery pieces so that every door and worktop was a perfect fit for the space. A green roof and solar panels were fitted to future proof the property and underline client’s care for environment.
