Roof on our project at Earlsthorpe Rd almost completed, needs a wash and some finishing touches. All of the chimneys repointed, conservation area Veluxes, traditional lead dormers and windows to match neighbouring properties. All in keeping with beautiful houses in this conservation area.

Structural works the roof and loft space on our new project in Sydenham conservation area.

Magic Projects start new job in SE26. This property consists of two flats. It will be converted back to one dwelling with an addition of loft conversion and kitchen extension. Watch this space for more.
