In this conversion of two flats, Magic Projects preserved the building’s Victorian character while creating a modern family home. Magic Projects completely renovated the interior and exterior by rebuilding the grand hallway and fitting a new natural slate roof. Due to the property being in a conservation area, the contemporary extension design is sympathetic to its surroundings. It features original ceiling roses, and a custom-made staircase leading to new loft conversion. To future-proof the conversion, Magic Projects lowered the garden by three feet to ensure a seamless flow from indoor to outdoor.
