Hillbury Road

This stunning development in South West London was a full three-floor remodel. Majority of the construction was entirely bespoke. Magic Projects fitted a glass extension with moss living wall, a custom-built bookcase, a handmade kitchen, mirrored joinery, custom-built garden seating (including lighting) and new floors. Due to its innovative design, the contemporary blue bathroom features in Ideal Homes Magazine. Crucially, as the property is in a conservation area, it was paramount that we preserved its historical character when incorporating the needs of its new owners. The result is nature-inspired, contemporary space flooded with natural light and oozing craftsmanship. This project was published twice. The kitchen extension featured in ‘Essential Kitchens Bathrooms and Bedrooms’ and the blue bathrooms features in ‘House Beautiful’.
