Tunbridge Wells

Magic Projects developed this project in a peaceful cul-the-sac in Tunbridge Wells. It is a hugley impressive property both in size and style that we built almost from scratch.
It was designed by locally based Tim Ball from JHD Architects. This substantial project involved: major structural works, new 20m deep borehole soak away for surface water, entirely new roof, second-floor addition over a side wing, services throughout, bespoke walnut staircase, bespoke joinery, UFH throughout, all new aluminium windows, external insulation with new render as well as landscaping. Carefully selected natural materials and design make this property fit into its green surroundings perfectly. The project was completed on budget and two months early.
